DeveloperReports is operated by ServStage ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing a review, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. 1. The service
DeveloperReports provides a one-time, human-performed review of a single website for a flat fee of $25 (USD), delivered as a documented PDF report with professional findings and recommendations, typically within about two business days of purchase and receipt of the information we need. The review constitutes professional opinion and advice only. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, ranking, traffic level, revenue, security result, or business result.
2. Purchases, payment, and delivery
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. You are responsible for providing an accurate website address, email address, and any information reasonably needed to complete your review. Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, a website that is offline, password-protected, or that we cannot lawfully access).
3. Refunds
Because each review is prepared individually, refunds are handled as follows: if you request cancellation before we have begun your review, we will refund your payment in full. Once the review has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If you believe there was an error, or you are not satisfied, contact us and we will work in good faith to make it right.
4. Use of the report
The report we deliver is provided for your own use in evaluating and improving your website. You may act on it yourself or share it with those who maintain your website. You may not resell it, publicly republish it, or represent it as an independent certification or endorsement. All DeveloperReports and ServStage names, logos, and materials on this website remain our property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
5. Disclaimer
The Service and all materials on this website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the advice, findings, or materials are accurate, complete, or current, or that acting on them will produce any specific result. You remain solely responsible for changes you choose to make to your website.
6. Limitation of liability
